By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ap33 platform (accessible at ap33.vu and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces), you ("the Member" or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Any account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all deposits will be refunded (less any amounts wagered), and any winnings will be forfeited.

2.4 One Account Per Member. Each individual person may hold only one ap33 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ap33 login credentials, including your username and password. ap33 will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances.
3.2 You must notify ap33 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, believe your credentials have been compromised, or observe any suspicious activity on your account.
3.3 ap33 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with any third party.
3.4 You may not allow any other person to use your ap33 account. All wagering activity on your account is deemed to be made by the registered account holder.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the ap33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ap33 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions.
4.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the ap33 cashier interface. These thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.
4.4 Verification Requirements. ap33 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified period may result in withdrawal refusal.
4.5 Fraudulent Transactions. Any deposit identified as fraudulent, charged back, or reversed by the issuing payment provider will result in immediate suspension of the relevant ap33 account and potential legal action. ap33 cooperates fully with payment processors and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected financial fraud.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits available on ap33 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. These Terms constitute the general framework; promotion-specific terms take precedence in the event of conflict.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins or free bets may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ap33 employs systems to detect abusive bonus behaviour including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided and the account may be closed permanently.
5.4 ap33 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All bets placed on ap33 are final once confirmed. ap33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases where ap33 determines that a technical error materially affected the bet outcome.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure or communication error that affects the outcome of a bet or game, ap33 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake to the Member's account balance.
6.3 ap33 reserves the right to void any bet that it determines to have been placed based on misuse of knowledge of a technical error, exploit, or odds pricing mistake. Odds displayed in error do not constitute an obligation on ap33 to honour those odds.
6.4 All live casino game outcomes at ap33 are determined by certified live dealers and independently audited random number generation systems where applicable. Game results are final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ap33 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

9.2 ap33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ap33 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.3 ap33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
ap33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides Members with tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from the account settings dashboard at all times.

11.2 Closure by ap33. ap33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) a request has been made by a regulatory authority, payment provider, or law enforcement agency; (c) ap33 determines, in its sole discretion, that it is in the platform's interests or required by its licensing obligations to do so.
11.3 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, ap33 reserves the right to withhold any or all funds remaining in the account.

Where changes are material, ap33 will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address on the Member's account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the ap33 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of your use of ap33 shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction under which ap33 holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact ap33's customer support to seek resolution. ap33 operates a formal disputes procedure and will endeavour to resolve all genuine Member complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
